Andreas Encarnacion's issues had finally come to a head. After the end of his messy relationship with model Pierre De Roca, he had now found love again. Andreas was now romantically linked to American model Erin Kenneth.

Meanwhile, things for Pierre had gone from bad to worse. He finally attempted suicide, and his attempt was sucessful. He was found dead at home in Germany from a suicide by hanging. Pierre De Roca's suicide had now become another addition to a very long list of celebrity suicides.

After Pierre's suicide, Andreas began receiving lots of hate and backlash from people who blamed him for what happened. However, fans of the Pegasis Sire fashion line stayed loyal to Andreas through all the hate he received. Andreas and Erin now had a fairly serious relationship going, even with all the negativity surrounding Pierre's suicide. Many people thought it was in bad taste.

After months and months of hate, the now 30-year-old Andreas and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Erin went on the Oprah Winfrey show to finally face down all the negativity. Andreas, as usual, wore an outlandish outfit. His outfit consisted of black high heeled boots, black leather pants, a heavy black leather coat, large brown sunglasses and multiple diamond rings and bracelets. Meanwhile, Erin dressed more simply in a dress and heels. The interview with Oprah was peaceful, with Andreas sounding apologetic and "terribly sorry for the situation with Pierre." Many people were forgiving after the interview, but some people much less so.

Meanwhile, the Pegasis Sire brand suffered slightly at the stock market because of all the recent drama with Andreas. The brand's stock dropped 12 percent. The brand struggled in recent weeks, however it still thrived on European markets.
