My little silver blade,

Glinting away under moonlight beam.

When will you take purchase,

Split what is one,

In two.

Draw forth the liquid of life,

Let it spill.

Don’t let it stop.

Darling little knife edge,

Drink your fill.

Your thirst however,

Shan’t ever be quenched.

I myself don’t see the appeal,

No matter how hard I press.

No pain I feel,

And have no blood to spill.

I get no rush,

Feel no thrill.

Now if I turned my little blade on you,

Then I feel the spark.

But we are two separate monstrosities,

Our kinks are not truly the same.

Through sharpened steel,

We set our hearts ablaze.

Who knows one day,

You may meet my little blade,

That is if you haven’t filleted yourself first.
