This home's become your winter

you have yet to wither ,

but perhaps you will too soon.

I prove so you'll remember

the touch of love so tender,

while spring roses grow outside your room.

Sunshine, there's a reason for your warmth

upon a cold and gloomy earth ,

turned savage against it's worth.

I wrap you up

When all else fails ,

to shed some light

on a love so pale.

This home never surrenders

it was a milestone for beginners,

but perhaps it's met it's doom.

For second hand contenders

two young and dreamy pretenders ,

over the threshold ,a bride carried by her groom .

Evening dusk , there's a reason for your fade

within a dimming sky ,

preparing for ..every star to shine.

I wrap you up

When all else fails ,

to shed some love

on a heart known well .

With your overcast

this home's become your winter,

to you, I bring a touch so tender

so this love you'll remember .

Spring roses grow outside your room

and like you they've yet to wither.
