Silent waves across the lake

A thousand breathless mouths

The brimming eyes of the moon flick across him

She is round and full and even the craters beam

The cool lake replies

Quiet waves lap the erratics left on the shore

No nightbirds call to each other under the stars

But green mountains roar through the bluish dark
