. This time, I'm not sure if I'll make it back.

I think that before every trip I make.

Those trips to the other side of the mind;

The dark places one dare not even speak of,

but many reside there regardless.

Sometimes, it's the only option.

Most of the time, it's more than just a way out.


we only go there when reality becomes too heavy a burden to bare.

Lost in the throes and woes and deceit and madness

it's too much!

I'd rather be lost in my hell

than complacent in this world where the real truth is,

you don't even matter.

I'm not sure I'll make it back this time.

I'm not sure I want to come back this time.
