Feeling like a Black Hole

Ana Esther

***

So… I feel I’m a brand new Black Hole

My heart-star of billions of years

Suddenly stops its atomic fusion

It no longer burns full of life

Instead, it just bleeds and…

…just collapses into a final implosion

A cataclysm of such formidable strength

That chains my love-drive away,

forever,

into this painful, cosmic vacuum…
