Airport brings the cruellest air,

Mixing the breaths of arrival

with departure,

Mixing the anxiety of the spring

with the shunning summer.

You descended with your blue

visage, of a celestial hue,

So I drew a parallel

between time and space,

perfection and truth.

I'd rather spend my whole life

at an unnamed airport,

As an observer, or perhaps

a hurt locker.

But with that impeccable hug,

I'll wait until next year.
