Ode to You

Ashes to gravestone dirt,

Centered with earth.

A cursive curse, mislead us to think it was wonders at work.

You hurled your body at hurt.

And it hurt your body,

Yet nobody set fire to your ashes.

Sashes were

 wrapped around you.

Awards for desperation and preservation.

Persevering to devastation and,

the prosecution of the ashes.

I ash my ashes.

In the centered the earth.

I don't deserve you,

I deserve depression and separation from your peaceful catastrophe.

Blaze me like illegal drugs that numb our pain.

We all become black in the end.

Ashes to ashes.
