A poem of having been there, done that, miss it and no more...

Touch of a finger moving gently upon the forearm,

Clasping of hands while walking down the street,

Been there,

Whispers of a secret tickling the ear,

Hiding of a slight curve of the lips,

Been there, done that,

Endless goodbyes of the night that is ending,

Reach of the hug threating to never let go,

Been there, done that, miss it,

Speaking’s of the first ‘I LOVE YOU’,

Clicking of the receiver just before bed,

Been there, done that, miss it, no more….

This is really good. I am not really into writing poetry as much as books and novels, but it is wonderful reading it!
