I felt it tremble, I hath heard it break

My mind fell prisoner, begging thee to stay

Mine soul quiet, for it was not yours to take

But my one parting wish thee did betray

My once beaming smile, plucked of love

Becameth vain, darkened by empty trust

Your intentions were black and mine, a dove

Men’s greedy minds filled with an urge of lust

Razer now a friend, waterfall of tears

Facility now home, free from “basket case”

For now my makeup beganeth to smear

A hole in mine soul, a spot to replace

Please keepeth yourself from me, please

For now my heart finally feels at ease
