She fell into her porcelain coffin

It cradled her head, and cleansed her of her sins.

The blood dripped down the drain

And fell into a machine of cogs and gears.

The steel was corroded

But it still dripped her blood like tears.

They fueled the life of everything

That was once diminished to nothing.

Roses grew out of daisies

And grass spread like wildfire

And for once the shadows stuck around

And danced on broken gravestones.
