Rubbermaid Roomates

A dirty sock on the driveway

The witches brew has aspartame

The light above me, encased in tattered digital cowhide

It gets longer the more I shut my eyes

Dreams are the sustenance to the refuse of life

Dreams even in their dour states have more fleshy narrative then the arrogance of my contradictory waking self

Silence is all I seek

The Rubbermaid lucidity

The concrete prose

The whiskers of joy reek with obsolescence

The slate grey neurosis

Of the incandescent dullness

The plastic bin is pungent
