I fell into the Black Hole early

And found it to contain

The other hidden aspect

Of the sun.

Its lunar mercury

Gave meteoric rise

To other suns

With hidden voids

That I could fill (not fear).

With inner images of light

And Time, and Breath, and Core.

The cyclicals of metaphor

Of paradox and rhyme,

And microcosmic night,

And More.

My cells, small worlds

Each one complete,

Creation’s Universe

Within a microscopic dot.

Miraculous and clear.

When I lifted myself out

I understood

A grander plan I fit

In Cosmic Time and Space and Place

And passages and stars.

I dared at new beginnings

And at making endings too.

I pulled the Black Hole

Inside Out

And found the pockets

Lined with implications

Of sunrise and sunset

Of blossoming and fading.

Of in and out.

Black holes are the color

Of the rainbow mixed together.

And the void is really sky.

I looked deep into the void

And saw myself

Not yet written

In Stone

Flying free with eagles

Toward the sun.
