I hate my sister and her smile,

From her hair down to her dumb style,

I remember when Mom knew best,

But that all changed when she went west,

And had brought back this stupid child,

Whose so mean and ferociously wild,

She is a curse to this house,

She is just a stupid louse,

Mommy treats her kind and well,

Though she should just rot in hell,

But soon she will no longer play,

As I delve deep to plead and pray,

"Please gouge out her precious sight."

"Please tear her with all your might."

"Please make her regret her birth."

"Please drag her down through the earth."

"If you do the things I weap.”

"It’s my soul that you can keep."

And with that chant I went to bed,

And soon my candle turned bright red,

They could not find her after dawn,

But things grew peaceful with her gone,

Though with her gone I do now see,

Something that brings me no great glee,

Claw marks run across the floor,

And strange knocks rap on my door,

A thought occurs that makes me scared,

Perhaps in some sense, she was spared.
