There are things that you need to prepare for. Holding on is not always the best choice.

It's time to liquidate the remaining emotions

And prepare to dissolve the connection.

I had forseen the event that it'll soon end.

"The relationship was no longer going concern.", I lament.

So I prepared the necessary allowance

For I was doubtful of love's account.

This I did to cushion my heart in advance

And keep my mind sane and sound.

Now, as I write off all the memories,

Good, bad, or whatever it is,

I want myself to remember this:

"If a man loves you, he will stand up for you and try to understand you."

Tears may pour and depression creep in,

But I won't let that win.

I choose to be happy

And that I'll be!
