FLUTTER BY BUTTERFLY

A pretty little jewl

flew past me one day,

to my amazment i watched,

while on my garden i lay.

A burst of colours

stretched over its wings,

so precious and pure,

one of gods beautiful things.

I held my hand out so gentle and still,

i wanted to move closer

as it danced on the hill.

So dreamy and peaceful,

no one there to say boo,

i tried to stay silent

but then away it flew.

I hope to see you again

as back on my garden i lay,

but this time please stay longer

and never fly away!
