You And Me.

You’re feeling lost and lonely,

a kitten that’s cast out;

look into this puddle

and my words don’t ever doubt.

You might be that much smaller,

but you carry me inside.

Wherever you should put your feet

I’ll be there with some pride.

You are powerful and clever,

more agile than others;

this picks you up if you should fall,

ensures that you recover.

Step out with some confidence,

for felines both are we;

you’ll grow up strong and handsome

in your own catnicity.
