Thinking about slicing up my arm

in order to try and keep myself warm.

Stuck in an everlasting hurricane

struggling to stay in the right lane.

Looking for a way out; a silver lining,

being told to stop whining.

Drying the tears and wiping them away,

needing to leave, unable to stay.

Afraid of the end, don’t know where to start.

All I know for sure is that I’m falling apart.
