as I take a deep breath in The world starts to bring me back in To something I've once known Where am I to go

I'm lost in a crowd Can't seem to find my way back to reality A sane, real place I want to see someone I know Someone who cares I want to get away from these blank stares

Can anybody hear Is anybody near but not that far Take me away from these battle scars of yesterday.

Pull me away from the crowd You're further from me and the noises around start to become loud

I'm lost in a crowd Can you help me get out Do you even notice that I'm there It's been long Will you help me belong Or would you just let me fade away Just like an off day Save me from the crowd Let my voice speak aloud.
