Heaven's Hidden Treasures was far from looking heavenly. In fact, it was cluttered, smelly, and sparking with all kinds of rough electrical and spacecraft appendages, and even spaceships, some still smoking with asteroid damage. But it was a paradise for Keeks, being she couldn't stand the appeal of trash being a treasure. All kinds of odds and ends from all over the universe made their way here, from Tutus, odd dumbbell shaped dogs with two heads on each end  and a rear beneath them to iPhones, vintage cellular devices known for their pathetic battery lives and poor storage.

She was carrying her found treasures- what her mom would've considered junk- when a elegant wood cake dish catches her eye. It was ornate and carved wth flowers, and while, no she hardly ate cake, or cheese, and couldn't figure any use for the cake dish, she couldn't help but be drawn to its beautiful design.

So it's carefully gathered into her already bulging arms while she tentatively makes her way over the the clerk. Who admires her finds, gushing she got such great deals while rings up the items.

Guards come into view, with angry faces, clutching a scroll. They bark at the clerk. The guards of Ralta were all on edge from the recent disappearance of the king, and Keeks, being from the planet Tindle, quickly avoids their gazes and makes her way towards the doors in a shuffle quick enough to hurry but slow enough to avoid suspicion.

It was well known Tindle mixed with Ralta as well as oil and water and she briefly regrets stopping here on her way home, but she just loved thrifting.

Yet the guards call to her. She pauses in her tracks, turns with a fluttering heart and quick eye contact. They ask after where she's from, who she's with, what's she's doing. She answers truthfully, her mouth drying slightly at their questions as their eyes narrow in suspicion.

They take a brimming interest in her goods, stating they were looking for something in the thrift store, and asked if she'd seen anything suspicious, to this she answered no.

But for some reason they insisted harassing the lady. They ask her to come with them for questions. She asks to put her things in her spaceship, how full her hands were.

But they say no, moving closer, an air of intimidation bleeds over her by the guards shadow. She gulps, and agrees, not wanting a fuss, she hadn't done anything wrong.

She moves to walk with them, but her anxiety makes her clumsy. The ornate cake holder springs from its bag, cracking open  to reveal the plastic wrapped head of the King of Ralta.

Keeks stares for a blink in shock, then bolts for the doors as the guards sprint after her, her heavenly treasures crushed under foot.
