Part Two

Roger Shacker stared at the female robot at The Glittering Lounge. He was concerned that all of the reactionary viotrolic problems of the past had dimmed. He wore a black suit, grey trousers, a black belt, grey computer socks, and black, polished shoes on his feet. On his right hand was a small computer watch that was linked to the Cyber-Net. "More drinks, please", he told the robot barman. He was twenty-eight, and worth fifty million dollars thanks to the watch technology he financed by himself thanks to his company GeneTech, which also dealt with genetics and robotics in Neon City, in New York, and across the World. Roger paid for the drinks, and sat down on one of the brightly-lit chairs that scanned the H8 HD screens with movie trailers in the cinemas. As other diners talked by themselves, Roger gazed at the fish tanks that created a serenity that was an antidote to the aggressive businessmen and business women, who worked over eighty hour's a week, and were paid a lot of money on the Neon City Stock Exchange in Wall Street, where the wheeling and dealing finances were made.
