Fable

I’ll light off my cigarette when you give me a real reason

Nothing in the world could compare to your magnificent treason

Take my hand and let’s just getaway

In a country no one knows, far, far away

I have learned how to forgive, by myself

I never had anything when I asked for help

They never cared, they weren’t aware

Blatantly they stared, nothing surprising there

No, no, no –

Don’t tell me to get out of my ideal world

It’s so comfortable

I feel invincible

No, no, no –

I’m done hearing you oppressing me with just words

I’m simply unable

To hear your new fable

I’ll let go of my control when you finally show me there’s no risk

Am I still gonna hear go on with you saturated disk?

Understand, I’m nothing like them

They’ve got power, I’ve got a poem

Why would I wear your fancy clothes?

For the sake of appearance, you made an oath

But that Armani jacket really does suit you

You think I’m lying again, do you?

No, no, no –

Don’t tell me to get out of my ideal world

It’s so comfortable

I feel invincible

No, no, no –

I’m done hearing you oppressing me with just words

I’m simply unable

To hear your new fable

You always need a younger person than yourself

The reason of the strongest sounds like hell

I yielded in when you flattered me and myself

All my life, I’ve believed you when I should rebel
