Understand The Rules

It might be dark in my room at the moment

But my friends told me a light is a good omen

I can see the glowing of the sun crossing the room

And there, I see a tree with one amazing bloom

I hope one day I’ll be freed from this longtime torment

Hope I’ll find love in the hands of the Men

I pray this happens not a minute too soon

As my sun disappeared, I turn to the moon

The places I go, the people I see

All the expectations I’ve got and that will never be

Are taking me aback and sometime I’m daydreaming

In my dreams, I’m telling myself: you shouldn’t be screaming

There might be sun in my room, right at this time

They always say this unreachable happiness should be mine

But seems like I can’t grasp it, is that a crime?

The only thing that can heal my grass is some lime

I’m holding my pains, as if I could never depose them

I’m opening my eyes and realities and dreams are the same

I’m singing so my dreams can, just a little, widen

Where can I escape? There’s no existence of my Eden

The places I go, the people I see

All the expectations I’ve got and that will never be

Are taking me aback and sometime I’m daydreaming

In my dreams, I’m telling myself: you shouldn’t be screaming

The dreams I dream, the plans I make

All the foresights I’m trying to make

Come true, are vanishing ‘cause of my woes

How d’you live? Me? I don’t understand the rules?

Sometimes they think I’m pretending lonesomeness

But if they had understood it with their shrewdness

They would have seen that only meds could have success

In healing, rearranging this unbearable illness
