Like New York City

Come hallucinate with me at the city limits

We’ll watch the sky scrapers

Tell us the stars aren’t worth our time.

Bright lights, black silhouettes

Optical illusions

A French Mime

You say there’s no such thing as fear

Tell me that when winter draws near

Tell me that when colour comes here

Now...

Stop the clocks

Everyone you can dream of is living in those lights

But for now,

Here with you is quite alright.
