This is a true event. I don't know what else it could be but a demonic possession. I was in my late 20s and living alone.

I was fast asleep, then I woke up and couldn’t move. It was like my body was being filled up with water from the top down. It was a rumbling sensation going through my body and limbs. I had no control over my movements.

My first thought was that it was demons. They were babbling excitedly in a tongue I didn't recognize. My fingers moved creepily, like the demons were making sure they worked. And my mouth stretched into a wide grin as my head rocked from side to side.

I felt like a puppet.

Now this is the creepiest part. I felt myself levitate up toward the ceiling.

I was terrified and exhilarated at the same time. I was afraid to panic because I might drop. Luckily I started to slowly go back down onto the bed.

Then, out of a mist or cloud, I saw the Lord emerge and furiously command the demons to leave my body. He was so angry He scared me too. I think I was more afraid of Him than the demons. I had dabbled in witchcraft and the tarot cards so I wasn’t sure how the Lord felt about me.

The demons casually, but obediently, left my body almost like it were a drill. The last one to leave tried go grab me (I won’t say where) and said "get her . . ." in a growl and my hand reached down but suddenly dropped limply onto my stomach. I guess because the last demon wasn’t in control of my hand anymore.

The Lord asked me if I wanted to go with them. It was in a subliminal way. I guess He asked because of my past interest in the occult. I said NO and ran towards Him to fall at His feet and ask for forgiveness knowing He could destroy me but I didn't care.

Then He disappeared.

I could still hear the babbling of the demons fading away. Then I heard the dogs next door barking frantically. Like something was really wrong. I wondered if it was because they knew the demons were in my house or that the demons retreated into them like they did the pigs in the Bible.

I was afraid to move for a long time. But I realized that the Lord Himself was my Exorcist.
