Upon this field, ever so dear

Hath flowers sprung about, ever so near

O the sun, the ever brightened sun

Shineth upon all, through all

And doth the sky retain none

In the presence of not a single pall

O fields of evergreens,

Doth they avert such fiends,

Keepeth the light, held so tightly,

Ever to be, held so lightly,

Precluding not indolently, never resting

But ever to stay, forever besting

Darkness so twilit

For nights of solace, nights of peace

Somber not, for thy twinkled fleece,

Doth it shine always bright

Ever lit, by solemn moonlight

And doth it revelate the night

A night so bright

Stars so many, stars so pure

Reigneth the moonlit sky so plenty, so near,

Devoid of vile, devoid of wile;

Celestials, ever hung firmament,

Doth stay unto their descent,

Through a welkin so immaculate,

Forth unto eternity shall ever flit
