She was always much more relaxed on those grey gloomy days. The ones where she could hear the rain from the roof, the wind making it hit against the windows. The sound of the cars swishing in the overflow.

The rain calms but doesn’t stop, the house never felt so homely.

The kettles boiling, a little lamp on in the living room. She sits watching outside the window.

The picture of her peace.
