Hot under the summer sun, desert dry mouth,

Sweat drips from my chin, it’s a leaky faucet.

Water won’t cool me down, on this August afternoon,

Need the refreshing crisp taste, of a classic coke.

Like my drinks carbonated, not satisfied with water,

Delete my number Pepsi, cause you ain’t the one for me.

Crack it open, release the pressure on Carbon Dioxide,

Don’t keep it open to long, all the gas will escape outside.

Nothing beats the taste, of ice cold cola on a summer day,

A cool sensation coats my tongue, my throat and my esophagus.

Went beyond classic, the vanilla aftertaste swirls within my mouth,

Caffeine mixed with nicotine, snaps me back into consciousness.
