The night sky suddenly appeared to become day as a loud explosion rocked nearly a five hundred mile tract of land.  Trees fell in a circle, from the center out, of the disturbance similar to toothpicks snapped in half.  Dust and dirt blew out for an even larger distance that made it seem as though a sand storm was coming where there was no sand.  From the sky came a brilliant blue and white light.  The strangest shooting star that ever seen on the planet Earth.  The significance of its descent unknown for millennia to come and the understanding that would follow would mean great change for the world.  Change, even now, at the dawn of recorded time that is feared and usually misunderstood.  The only true constant in life is change.  Change can mean death but it can also mean saving.  Life has a way of forcing change in to the forefront of man’s life.  This means that no matter how hard a person tries that change was, is, and always will be inevitable.

Currently, that change was total destruction but what would it mean later?  Trees grow back.  Dust eventually settles.  Storms go by and life returns to a semblance of normal.  Here, at the center of this calamity, now stands the tallest and strongest tree ever on the Earth.  Its meaning to one day become clear.
