Sweet, Lonely & Broken

Alone,

Again,

How can this have happened?

Buried,

In pain,

Overflowing with anger.

Darkness,

Overwhelming,

Why did you do this?

Despise,

Don't talk,

'Cause I'm not talking to you.

I'm shattered,

Into pieces,

What have you done?

A river,

Of angry tears,

Drowning out your words.

You,

You did this,

Do you not understand?

This is your fault.

I love the repetition at the bottom with the phrase, "you." I love how it just flows into the last phrase "This is your fault" which just portrays the meaning of this poem even more. Great job!

Good poem. I especially like the idea of "a river of angry tears drowing out your words." That's a very good image, especially, because it echoes the earlier "overflowing with anger." Well done.
