As a kid, I heard that I was bright and can be as free as a bird that i'm a spark of light

As if i was a star But as i grew up I looked further and from afar I saw that everyone was like me All stars

I am lost in the masses I'm stuck with my stagnant self Yet life passes Stuck in one position My personality on the shelf

Day after day Everyday is the same Queues, crowds, people Everyone is the same

A straight line of no events Where there's nothing to excite Nothing much to vent About, time to take a hike

Tasks, projects, hobbies Do this and do that, and don’t Joy, chaos and tragedy it all means the same thing

Something to forget Nothing to forget Everything to forget
