...how in some time from now, say a decade and a half, you’ll find yourself in a completely different state of being? The kaleidoscope will reveal an alternating design. Maybe, you’ll be working in an office with a photogenic view of primarily blue and grey, and hopefully, you’ll love the routine as much as the selectively miraculous moments. Don’t underestimate what a gift that is.

What will the details of daily life be like? It’s good to imagine now. You’ll find the right professional wear combinations after long searches, and walk out of your work place with still enough energy to dance amidst the street corners in your little heels to old jazz. You’ll meet new people and find a balance of sharing enough of what sets your soul on fire, while sustaining personal space.

And what about obsessive thoughts, ones that pressure your brain and erase your horizons of free flight? They’re like weeds that grow and grow in the beautiful garden called your peace of mind. You’ll get used to their inevitable presence, and keep clearing your space of them persistently, every day. Don’t throw the weeds out - make a herbarium. Make use of the dark sides. By now, you’re standing on a platform too solid to be discouraged by new battles.

Does it ever cross our mind that life is interchanging, leaving you with little time to reflect on the reasons and details? The undocumented memories get shredded by the time machine that so far only works one way. So take the pen into your hand and write - about what crosses your mind, here and now.
