Sanctimonious

You sit there and you so condemn,

your fellow women, fellow men.

They do not fit your definitions

of decency. And so opinions

flood out in a bigoted rage,

product of a narrow-minded age.

Perhaps you’re perfect in your eyes,

but don’t you ever be surprised

when you meet discrimination

within the downfall of your nation.
