The Noble Truths

Dr Buddha asks me, " Would you like another cigarette

Jasper? These are quite safe, they're good for your health,

they've got asbestos in the filter. You know junkies and

alcoholics know only to well the First Noble Truth of

Buddhism that life is suffering, that life is unsatisfactory, but

they think it can be cured with a drug, when you know that

only makes it worse.

You need to study the other Noble Truths so that you can

end suffering. But your Auntie Mary doesn't even recognize

The First Noble Truth, she thinks she should be always

having a good time, she's always surprised when she

she suffers, she yells out, " But why can't I enjoy life, why

does it has to be like this? " She hasn't realized the truth

of the First Noble Truth. She's deluded, she clings onto

this existence of suffering, and the more she clings, the

more she suffers, if she'd only let go Jasper, and give us

all a rest.

And Jasper, you think you will end pain by smoking dope,

but you'll just end up craving dope, and be in more pain.

Dope's just another part of Samsara, dope just makes

things worse. You have to let go like I have to reach

perfect happiness, to have peace like I have.
