Restricted, confined, in new space and new time.
Always on the go, not to go anywhere, thoughts establishing pipedreams elsewhere.
City to city, new jobs, new people, new roots uprooted.

Restricted, confined, in new space and new time.
Always on the go, not to go anywhere, thoughts establishing pipedreams elsewhere.
City to city, new jobs, new people, new roots uprooted.
There's a delight in traveling light through life aimlessly and free.
I go there only to realize that home was never a place to be found, stepping across the yellow lines, let the speed take me far beyond the reach of my old misery.
Knowingly, it is only a matter of time until my internal being precedes mortal, demanding divine.
Dressed to blend, casually among other men, not attempting to make a riot,  calmed curly hair, to calm my peers.
Defined by my name, perceived by appearance, and what do you know.
I know nothing, I always catch my train, leaving behind an unsolved puzzle.
Praying, that one day I will find, a place worth my wild, now that I've traveled the world, my birthplace doesn't seem confined, only restricted by parents, laws, and lies, stepping back across the yellow lines is a chance to do right.
