This is just a book of mostly just draft poems.

I am the chameleon, do not come close or I’ll disappear in the blink of an eye. I am not meant to be kind or warm. I blend in in this large crowd. I look like everyone else. I don’t look threatening, but be warned, I will do what I must to stay alive. I look like your best friend, your sister, your classmate or neighbor. But to everyone who knows me, I’m just a stranger. I am meant to be seen not touched. Stay away or in a second, I’ll be gone.

Nice work and a fair warning. Pretty relatable, in fact.

Melancholic Wisdom

I really love this one, especially the opening lines. Fading into the background can be a lot easier on the mind than standing out
