Please Note: The Redstone Boys (Pilot) is a Script, not a Book. It serves as a taster to a series that is hoped to be made into a British Television Series, and asks any Film or Production Company to consider its favor.
The Redstone Family have been the Overseers of Redstone City – Fire City – for many generations. Their ancestral blood line going back hundreds of years to when the city was but a small community hounded by the surrounding dangers of vicious Creatic’s and Beastic’s, many of whom became the victims of wandering demonic hunters looking for both food and prey.
For those children of The Redstone’s, life was harsher still, as a Father whose violent ways stood in the way of normality, love and compassion for his sons, and that of their Mother. But times are now changing, the Port of Redstone is opening up to the rest of Chatandra, and of course, an oncoming war that is inevitable with Resheen.
This is the first of a series of tales that chart the history and course of a once forgotten Island, bringing closer the fear and horror that combines a ten thousand year old history and the limits of those enslaved by heritage to a war that will end all wars. Readers will see first-hand that there are more dangerous things in this world than monsters under the bed!

FADE IN: REDSTONE VILLAGE, REDSTONE, RESHEEN.

1.1 EXT. REDSTONE MANOR, REDSTONE - NIGHT

(THE REDSTONE BROTHERS: OLIVER 17, CYRIL 16, JOSEPH 15, AND THEIR FATHER, DONALD REDSTONE 57)

Screams are heard from inside the Manor House that overlooks REDSTONE VILLAGE REDSTONE CITY, RESHEEN. Cries of a child echo around the wooded area before a door opens and three young men in their late teens, OLIVER, CYRIL and JOSEPH REDSTONE, emerge from inside and dash into the darkness together.

From the open door an old man, DONALD REDSTONE appears wielding a long sword in the air. He is furious.

DONALD

I will not tolerate this disobedience! Get back into this house...NOW!

OLIVER, CYRIL and JOSEPH seek cover in a nearby ditch where they can see their FATHER standing at the door of the house staring out into the darkness.

DONALD (CONT'D)

All I ever did was for your own good...BOYS! CYRIL!

JOSEPH! OLIVER! Where the hell are you?

The three young boys observe their Father.

CYRIL

I am never going back there

JOSEPH

Me neither, I'm never going to come back here...What about you Oliver?

Both JOSEPH and CYRIL turn around to see that their older Brother has gone. They panic and start running away from the ditch, away from the house even further.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

1.2 INT. THE ROSE AND CROWN TAVERN. REDSTONE - NIGHT

(OLIVER, CYRIL, JOSEPH)

The three Brothers enter THE ROSE AND CROWN TAVERN.

Immediately met with a packed building, the three find it difficult to get through to the bar. Everyone in the TAVERN is merry, drunk, laughing and falling over.

OLIVER (TO CYRIL)

Go and get a table with Joseph, I'll get some drinks and find out if there's a boat leaving tonight.

CYRIL (TO OLIVER)

(unsure)

Do you think that's wise, Brother?

All three Brothers stop still and stand together just a couple of feet away from the BAR.

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

The only way that we can see this whole thing through, is to get on a boat - Tonight - And leave Redstone...

JOSEPH (TO BOTH)

But aren't we just teaching him a lesson? Father, I mean? Staying out of the house and drinking Ale, it seems the best thing to do before going back home!

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

No. We sit down, drink Ale and then find a Captain to get us out of here...For good!

CYRIL and JOSEPH turn and look at one another puzzled.

OLIVER (CONT'D)

I know this is all strange to you both, but we have to leave here, if we go back home then Father will do more than punish us this time. Remember what he did to Mother? (walks over to the BAR)

CYRIL (TO JOSEPH)

He'll change his mind after a drink, won't he, Joseph?

JOSEPH looks silently at CYRIL. The two Brother's then walk through the crowded TAVERN into the corner before sitting down at an empty table to wait for OLIVER to return.

MATCH CUT TO:

1.3 INT. THE ROSE AND CROWN TAVERN. REDSTONE – NIGHT

(OLIVER, CYRIL, JOSEPH, CAPTAIN MONTY WHISTLER)

OLIVER makes his way to join his brothers with drinks.

The three Redstone Boys now sit at a table in the far corner of the TAVERN. Around them Beggars, Rustlers, Con-men and other Criminal types sit, stand, puking, laughing and boasting around them.

JOSEPH (TO OLIVER)

This is not a good place to be right now, Brother!

OLIVER raises a single hand as a large, well-shaped, tall man sits himself down in an empty seat next to him.

WHISTLER (TO BOTH)

I hear you boys are looking for a ship to take you out of Redstone? (looks around and into all three boys faces).

OLIVER (TO WHISTLER)

That's right, do you know where there is such a ship, and how we may provide payment for traveling as passengers, Sir?

WHISTLER (TO ALL)

(laughs out loudly)

The ship is anchored off the coast a mile past the lighthouse, as for payment of travel, the only thing waiting for you at its final destination is death!

CYRIL

(gasps)

DEATH!

WHISTLER

That's right, death! My ship is going to the Front Lines of a bitter raging war, Boys, and by the looks of you three...You won't last five minutes.

OLIVER is determined.

OLIVER (TO WHISTLER)

(confident)

EXCUSE ME! I believe you have us confused with some other, less gallant and brave men passing through here. Maybe we should address ourselves officially, I am Oliver Redstone and these (points) are my Brother's, Cyril and Joseph Redstone. You may have heard of our BASTARD Father!

WHISTLER

Ah, so it’s straight to the chase, is it Oliver Redstone? You must be the spokesman of these other two, are you?

OLIVER's heart is pounding, but he keeps his composure together to answer.

OLIVER (TO WHISTLER)

Yes, yes I am.

WHISTLER (TO OLIVER)

Alright then. My ship leaves at Midnight, follow the path past the Lighthouse...!

CYRIL

We already know the way...We used to hang around there when the...

CAPTAIN MONTY WHISTLER and the two other REDSTONE Brother's stare silently at CYRIL. He feels uncomfortable and falls Silent.

WHISTLER (TO ALL)

The ship will leave, with, or without you, so be on time. It'll be two weeks sail, but don't worry, when all hands are on deck, all I expect from my Crew is hard work to get us there...

CYRIL (TO WHISTLER)

When you say "There", where exactly is "There"? You said the Front Lines...!

WHISTLER (CYRIL)

Costorio, Son! We're going to the Front Line in Costorio (laughs).

The three Brothers look at one another in disbelief.

OLIVER (TO WHISTLER)

We're all agreed, we will meet your ship at Midnight, Captain...?

WHISTLER (TO ALL)

Whistler. Captain Monty Whistler, at your service Boys. I'll see you at Midnight?

WHISTLER stands up and leaves the three Boys alone at the table while he staggers off out of sight.

CYRIL (TO OLIVER)

Are you serious, Brother?

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

Don't worry about it, I have a sure means of teaching our Father a lesson he will never forget.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

REDSTONE HARBOR, TREX.

EXT. REDSTONE HARBOR OFFICE. REDSTONE - NIGHT

(WHISTLER, DALE PERKINS)

CAPTAIN WHISTLER has met up with a short, well-dressed man who introduces himself as DALE PERKINS - CAPTAIN

WHISTLER, however, knows him as FABIAN MILLER-

JONES - The DEVIL incarnate.

The two stand out of sight ready to exchange words.

WHISTLER (TO PERKINS)

The Ship sails at Midnight, what do you need me to do?

PERKINS

Just make sure the Cargo (referring to THE REDSTONE BOYS) are on that ship when you set sail, Captain Whistler. My client has paid a lot of money for this to happen...

WHISTLER

Ah, yes, about that payment!

PERKINS

(angry)

You will get the rest of the payment as soon as you dock in Costorio, not any time before, do you understand? (glares at

WHISTLER) Well, DO YOU?

CAPTAIN WHISTLER nods.

WHISTLER

I don't normally do this with...You know? It’s a one off partnership, I just need to know that everything is ready on your end to reassure my Crew, that's all, Mr. Perkins.

PERKINS

In that case, tell your Crew that there is an additional thousand in it, if they can get the Cargo to the rendezvous point one day early. It doesn't matter if you don't, but if you do, they can drown their guilt in a fountain of Rum and Ale, can't they? (smiles dryly).

DALE PERKINS walks away from WHISTLER in the direction of the TAVERN, but on watching him for a few moments, WHISTLER notices him boarding a small rowing boat.

WHISTLER (TO HIMSELF)

Now where would you be off to I wonder?

WHISTLER watches PERKINS disappear into the night.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

EXT. REDSTONE LIGHTHOUSE BAY. REDSTONE - NIGHT

(The Redstone Brother's, Captain Monty Whistler, Ensign Miller, Ensign Carter)

All three Redstone Brothers arrive fifteen minutes early at the rendezvous point as instructed by CAPTAIN WHISTLER.

CAPTAIN WHISTLER and his two Ensigns arrive at the Bay in a long boat, disembark and greet the three young men.

WHISTLER

Boys, these men are Ensign Miller and Ensign Carter, they will take us to my Ship. I do need to ask one thing of you Boy's, however, and that is, what makes you so sure that where we're going isn't the same…Or worse, than what you’re trying to leave behind here?

OLIVER steps forward and turns to his Brother.

OLIVER

(cold voice)

When you see your Mother being bludgeoned to death right in front of your eyes and you can't do anything to stop it! Captain Whistler, my Brother's and I, we are going to face death, not wait around for it to take us in our sleep. (nods to his Brother's) Do we still have passage, Captain?

WHISTLER

Sure. (looks round to signal the two Ensigns to allow them onto the boat) Tell me, what's stopping your Father from hunting me down for this?

CYRIL and JOSEPH walk on to board the small boat.

OLIVER

My Father will scour every inch of Redstone to find us, Captain, but don't worry about that. When he discovers we sought sanctuary in Costorio on the Front Line, then that is between both you and the Devil's Grimm alone. I understand your concern, but right now, in this very moment, we are one hour further away from freedom of our tormentor.

WHISTLER

(chilled, daunted)

You tell that tale as though your Father was...Oh, forget it! Come on we have to set sail before the tide goes out and scuttles us.

The three Redstone Boys, WHISTLER and his two Ensigns set off in the long boat back to the Ship under the light of the Moon.

FADE OUT.

FADE IN:

SOMEWHERE IN THE VORESIA OCEAN

EXT. THE RASPUTIN CARGO SHIP - NIGHT

(WHISTLER, MR. STARK, ENSIGN MILLER, ENSIGN CARTER, MR. JEFFERSON, THE REDSTONE BOYS, The Ship’s Crew)

WHISTLER has helped the three onto the Ship out of the long boat and onto the rope ladder.

Each in turn ascends to The Deck.

WHISTLER

Raise the sails, Mr. Stark, if you please? Time to get under way. Find the wind, Mr. Jefferson. (turns to THE REDSTONE BOYS). Welcome aboard The Rasputin, Boys, make yourselves at home (laughs).

THE REDSTONE BOYS look around as WHISTLER walks off to The Captain’s Cabin and disappears inside.

CYRIL (TO BOTH)

I don't like this, Olly, I have a really bad feeling in my stomach!

JOSEPH (TO BOTH)

Two weeks on this thing! Wouldn't it be best returning home and waiting for another time...?

OLIVER becomes angry with JOSEPH.

OLIVER (TO CYRIL)

(twists up his face)

YOU WILL DO WHAT I FUCKIN' TELL YOU! Do you want to go back and be killed in your sleep, huh? Two weeks is nothing compared to the way we were treated like rodents, as if...as if we didn't matter anymore!

JOSEPH (TO OLIVER)

I know your right, Olly, you're always right. I just feel a little strange being away from the land, that's all. Don't...Don't you feel it?

CYRIL and OLIVER look across at one another and shrug.

OLIVER (TO JOSEPH)

I don't feel anything except a great weight that's been lifted from my shoulders, which is most probably what you're feeling, too, Brother.

OLIVER begins walking off toward the Captain’s Cabin.

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

(shouts)

I'll go see the Captain and find out where our sleeping quarters are on the Ship, you two wait here, I won't be long.

CYRIL (TO JOSEPH)

Do you still think he's right? About leaving home, Father, everything that we've built there?

JOSEPH (TO CYRIL)

I believe he can make all of this right again, if that's what you're asking?

CYRIL

I'm not too sure, but, I will stay to see to your safety, Brother. Who knows, you may get into a tight spot of bother, knowing you! (smiles weakly).

The two Brother's turn to face out toward RESHEEN, where on the beaches the sight of torches, vehicle headlights and the sound of dogs could be seen and heard as THE RASPUTIN sailed into the darkness of the Ocean.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

NO MAN'S LAND, COSTORIA.

EXT. TRENCH 187. NO MAN'S LAND - MORNING

It is the dawn of a new battle with the Costorian's.

CYRIL, JOSEPH and OLIVER are resting against the TRENCH wall, waiting for the order to advance against the enemy.

OLIVER sees JOSEPH writing a letter.

OLIVER (TO JOSEPH)

A letter, Brother!

JOSEPH (TO OLIVER)

For when we get back home.

OLIVER nods his head while giving a strange smile.

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

Have you two seen it out there? (points intensely at the TRENCH LIP) We're going to be lucky if we get ten yards down that fucking field. Three weeks ago I was so close to walking off of that Ship, but something told me, we had to stay aboard and see this thing through.

JOSEPH (TO OLIVER)

You mean we came all of this way to get away from Father, when all along you could have been talked around to staying in Redstone? (kicks soil up from the ground) Well, thanks a lot, Olly!

OLIVER (TO BOTH)

I'm sorry -

CYRIL (TO OLIVER)

SORRY! Sorry is not enough this time Olly, damn you, Brother! Damn you to hell for bringing us here to our deaths. (tears fall from his eyes) We trusted you!

CYRIL walks away from OLIVER and JOSEPH to lean up against the wall opposite, and as soon as he places a cigarette to his lips a loud THWACKING sound fills the air. CYRIL has been shot in the face by a Sniper bullet from the enemy; his face has been blown clean away, while his dead, twitching body still stands in a convulsive state.

OLIVER

(cries out at the top of his lungs)

S-N-I-P-E-R! S-N-I-P-E-R!

Pandemonium ensues as every soldier, including CYRIL and

OLIVER make for better cover away from the Sniper fire.

OLIVER and JOSEPH stop momentarily to check that they were each okay. JOSEPH glances back to CYRIL, before tightening his eyes closed and punching his chest hard.

JOSEPH

Olly! Do you remember when Father wanted to punish one of us for breaking his favorite Walking Cane, and I stepped up for you?

OLIVER

Yes, what about it?

JOSEPH

You told me, after I'd been punished by Father, that if there was anything I ever wanted, no matter how big or small, you would honour that. Do you remember?

OLIVER thinks back.

OLIVER

I remember Brother, what is all of this about?

JOSEPH

I would like you to get us out of this...Alive! I don't want to die, Olly, not here, not like this (rushes up to OLIVER) Tell me you can get us out of here, Oliver, please?

OLIVER

(takes a hold of JOSEPH)

I'll try, follow me.

OLIVER and JOSEPH run through the TRENCH corridors and Ammo Stores to load up on a few weapons and grenades, before continuing up through the edge of No Man's Land.

Stopped by GENERAL THOMPSON, THE REDSTONE BOYS (minus one) are grabbed by two other soldiers.

THOMPSON (TO BOTH)

What the hell are you two doing here?

OLIVER (TO THOMPSON)

We're from Trench 187, General, there was a Sniper, Sir...

GENERAL THOMPSON signals to the soldiers to release them both.

THOMPSON (TO OLIVER)

We have to be careful, there are German Traitors within our ranks. Take the weapons and go join your Company Soldiers. (salutes).

OLIVER and JOSEPH are left alone to finish filling their supply bags with the needed Weapons and Ammo. When they are finished, OLIVER waves to JOSEPH to follow him.

Both Brothers run down a couple more Trenches leading through several different routes, but all looking the same as 187. JOSEPH starts to become DIZZY, Disorientated.

JOSEPH

OLIVER! I don't feel too... (he collapses and slides along the ground face first into the mud, dirt and soil).

OLIVER rushes to his Brother's aid, only to have a rifle butt hit him square in the face - knocking him unconscious straight away.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

SOMEWHERE IN NO MAN'S LAND

EXT. ENEMY TRENCH. NO MAN'S LAND - AFTERNOON

(OLIVER, COSTORIAN SOLDIERS, LIEUTENANT RUFUS VAN STOOR)

OLIVER regains consciousness to see his Brother being taunted by a Costorian Officer - RUFUS VON STOOR – who pushes the end of a Bayonet against JOSEPH's chest.

OLIVER (TO VON STOOR)

(screams)

LEAVE MY BROTHER ALONE!

VON STOOR becomes excited to see that OLIVER is awake and able to see what he is doing.

VON STOOR

(speaks in Costorian, laughs)

You are both very lucky men!

OLIVER is confused. JOSEPH spits in the Lieutenants face.

VON STOOR

You should not have done that!

VON STOOR starts to push the blade handle with his palm,

OLIVER begs him to stop.

OLIVER

Please! I beg you, don't do this!

Von Stoor for one single moment stops what he is doing and steps back from JOSEPH. OLIVER is relieved.

As soon as OLIVER gives a sigh, VON STOOR takes the Bayonet and swings it through the air toward JOSEPH; the blade edge cuts across JOSEPH’s throat, the innards of his windpipe clearly showing, as quickly JOSEPH bleeds out.

OLIVER is now deeply shocked, angry, and vengeful.

OLIVER

YOU BASTARD! (jumps up and rushes at VON STOOR) I'm going to kill you all!

A brawl breaks out, VON STOOR and the four soldiers present in the room at the time attempt to capture and hold

OLIVER down. OLIVER grabs a hold of one in a Neck Brace, snapping his neck without any second thought, then going on to the next.

The second German Soldier goes at OLIVER with a Rifle, but OLIVER grabs it mid-flight and turns it onto the Soldier, pulling the trigger and blowing the Soldier back a few feet. The remaining two Soldiers attempt to surround OLIVER, but quick thinking brings him to smashing one in the face with the Rifle Butt and shooting the other in the head.

Only LIEUTENANT VON STOOR now remains in the room.

VON STOOR

You have to understand...this is war! This...This is not personal, it is...!

OLIVER wastes no time in shooting the Officer in the head before making his way out of the building and into the Trenches outside. Seeing the way is clear, he makes his hasty escape.

FADE OUT.

FADE IN:

SOMEWHERE IN NO MAN'S LAND

EXT. ALLIED TRENCHES. NO MAN'S LAND - AFTERNOON

(OLIVER, MAJOR TOM SLATTERY, SOLDIER 1,

SOLDIER 2)

OLIVER has reached safety by escaping the enemy side of No Man's Land, to be met by soldiers wanting to know the password. OLIVER does not know it.

SOLDIERS (TO OLIVER)

(shouts)

Password! What is the password?

OLIVER

You have got to be kidding me! Get me the General, now!

SOLDIER 1

What is the password?

OLIVER

I don't know the bloody password!

SOLDIER 2

You must say the password, or we will have to open fire!

OLIVER

(drops to his knees crying into his hands)

I don't know the damned password!

Hearing the ruckus MAJOR TOM SLATTERY makes his way toward the Checkpoint and signals to SOLDIER 1 and 2.

SLATTERY

What's going on?

SOLDIER 1

There's a soldier out there who says he doesn't know the password.

SLATTERY approaches the Checkpoint barbed wire and looks out into the devastation. He sees OLIVER.

SLATTERY

You there! You, what is the password?

OLIVER looks up, not because he is unwilling to answer, but because he recognizes the voice calling to him.

OLIVER

TOM! Tom, is that you? It’s Oliver...

SLATTERY

Oliver (thinks). I'm sorry, I don't know you.

OLIVER is desperate.

OLIVER

Oliver Redstone, my Brother's, Joseph and Cyril, we were assigned to your unit three weeks ago under the orders of Captain Monty Whistler...Remember?

SLATTERY thinks harder, until finally he recollects OLIVER from the Ship. SLATTERY waves to the two soldiers.

SLATTERY

Well, what are you waiting for...Let our man inside.

OLIVER staggers up to the Checkpoint where he puts out a hand to greet and thank SLATTERY. Almost instantly, from a place far down No Man's Land there is a bright red and orange flash, seconds later a bang, a moment later OLIVER's head explodes everywhere.

OLIVER is dead.

SLATTERY (CONT’D)

What the...! SNIPER! SNIPER!

SLATTERY, along with the two Soldiers run to cover. They do not see the Sniper.

FADE TO BLACK.

FADE IN:

REDSTONE VILLAGE, REDSTONE, RESHEEN.

INT. REDSTONE MANOR. REDSTONE - NIGHT

(DONALD REDSTONE, FABIAN MILLER-JONES, THE REDSTONE BROTHERS)

FABIAN MILLER-JONES is sat in the LOUNGE of REDSTONE MANOR along with DONALD REDSTONE in front of a warm fire crackling in front of them both, when they hear the first series of raps on the door. DONALD puts a hand up in the air.

DONALD REDSTONE

That's quite alright, I'll go.

DONALD stands from his seat and makes his way to the answer the door.

Approaching the door there is a second rap at the door.

DONALD reaches out and opens it to three dark clothed men - THE REDSTONE BROTHERS.

OLIVER

Hello Father!

DONALD is suddenly surprised. Anxious. Happy. Cautious.

DONALD

Oliver! Cyril! Joseph!

OLIVER

May we come in and talk to you, Father?

DONALD

Erm...Yes, yes, of course, come in. This is your home, my Sons.

DONALD opens the door wide before ushering the three young men into the LOBBY, and then, seeing they were already making their way to the LOUNGE, he closes the door and catches up with them in the LOUNGE.

MATCH CUT TO:

INT. REDSTONE MANOR. LOUNGE - NIGHT

(DONALD, FABIAN, THE REDSTONE BOYS)

DONALD follows quickly behind the three young men.

FABIAN is shocked to see them.

FABIAN

What is the meaning of this, Donald? Who are these men?

DONALD is beside himself.

DONALD

These are my sons, Oliver, Cyril and Joseph there at the end. I sure never expected to see any of you again...As soon as I had heard you went to The Front Line, I was...!

DONALD almost freezes to the spot he is stood. The three men walk forward, and then stop by the side of a now scared

FABIAN.

OLIVER

The night we left, we should have returned home to you, Father. But for this (points directly at FABIAN) man, Fabian Miller-Jones!

FABIAN is beginning to sweat.

FABIAN

Now hang on there, Big Brother. (turns to DONALD) They came to me with vengeance in their souls, what else could I have done? If they would have returned home that night...You may not be standing here right now, Donald.

DONALD sits down on a chair.

DONALD

All of this time, and you were keeping that from me... (bellows loudly) FROM ME!

FABIAN

I...I...Surely...!

OLIVER

We were young men neither worthy nor strong enough for War, Mr. Miller-Jones. We were boys being played as Pawns in your all-so-mighty War alone...

DONALD

What the hell is he talking about, Fabian?

FABIAN breaks eye contact with OLIVER to cautiously turn to DONALD.

FABIAN

(smiles deviously)

Let me explain. I can't take Souls of Men who are not tainted in the blood of other men, but thanks to you, Donald, oh you played your part most wonderfully; the grieving Father who had nothing but love and affection for his sons. (laughs with a wide smile) That is when you weren't beating them with the sticks that hang on the walls of this house like trophies.

DONALD

Are you out of your goddamned mind? You’re speaking like a mad man!

FABIAN

Okay, have it your way then, maybe you'll listen to your children?

OLIVER

He's telling the truth, Father, he tricked us into taking the ship that would take us to war - so we would have no other choice but to KILL! DIDN'T YOU FABIAN?

FABIAN has broken his caution, shrugs his fear and is now standing to his feet to face OLIVER.

FABIAN

You have no right being here!

OLIVER

You cheated us out of our lives!

FABIAN

I told you, Redstone was where you were set for, and then you all left on the ship to war. So tell me, who’s tricking who here?

CYRIL

They told us you broke your deal with us, that you must be punished!

DONALD is now very confused.

DONALD

THEY! Who the hell are THEY?

FABIAN is beginning to feel uncomfortable.

OLIVER

THEY are the ones that Fabian and the others fear most, right, Fabian?

FABIAN

(tampers with his collar)

You're bluffing! You're lying!

JOSEPH

They said they'll be here very shortly, to give you your punishment...personally!

FABIAN is unsettled in his standing posture. He thinks hard and fast - Then smiles mischievously.

FABIAN

(claps his hands together repeatedly, smiling as he does)

Very well played Master Oliver, I see now why you are the smartest and brightest of all The Redstone Brothers. Smart or not, however, you are forgetting one thing!

DONALD

A straight jacket, perhaps!

OLIVER

Let's see. Son of evil, cheat, liar...!

FABIAN

Listen here Kid, if you believe that after almost two-thousand-years I would overlook anything in what I do, you are very much mistaken. I am The Devil, which means I know everything of my actions.

OLIVER, CYRIL, JOSEPH and DONALD all look and stare at FABIAN - or rather what was behind him; a Majestic light that becomes almost blinding to everyone, except FABIAN and OLIVER.

FABIAN looks over to OLIVER during the moment that the brightened light is at its peak. Moments later CYRIL, JOSEPH and DONALD are blinded and hurry to get out of the room. The door slams shut behind them.

FABIAN

If I die here, you know what will happen, don't you, Oliver?

OLIVER

Thanks to you, Fabian, everything that should have happened has happened!

FABIAN

I don't understand!

OLIVER

Yes you do!

The bright light disappears within a blink of an eye.

Both FABIAN and OLIVER have vanished within the light.

Standing outside CYRIL and JOSEPH turn the handle and push open the door. They look around inside. Nothing - Empty.

CYRIL

Where did they go? Why did they take Oliver?

JOSEPH

Is it over?

CYRIL

I don't know.

DONALD appears before them, his features changed to what can only be described as THE DEVIL. Both Brothers’ jump with surprise.

DONALD

Boy's, I think this is far from over!

TO BE CONTINUED…

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

MKDS – Marcus Kasabian De Storm – has been writing stories and novels for the past four decades, his work ranging from Poetry to Science Fiction, Drama to Action and Comedy to Erotica. Spreading these writings over many topics and at the best ‘Ground Breaking’ taboos that have become a bench mark in constructive New Wave storytelling.

Hailing from Leeds, West Yorkshire, Marcus shares his passion of writing with his wife, Carol, and their three siblings, who are just as talented in their own rights.

With a large collection of books, scripts and novels, Marcus’ completing “The Literary Lexicon”; 25 books in less than 5 weeks, has brought him favor and respect within the Writer’s Guild and its many other communities.

Concentrating his writing on “Scriptwriting”, it has been with the completion of several Scripts, including “Evermore” and “Raffles”, that he intends to begin filming in the Summer (2019). As well as stepping behind the camera, his further writing of Scripts continues with a unique blend of fresh TV and Movie ideas that will change – if not break – the ‘Same old’ productions that are being re-made over and over in today’s world.
