This poem is...I literally have no idea. It came to me as I was outside one day, and yes, I know it's a little weird.

This isn’t bitter cold

This isn’t noisy, annoying wind

This isn’t nasty rain

No

This cold in the air is energy

The way it surrounds me, fills me

The wind in power

Loud, brilliant power that fills my body

This rain is beautiful mist

That charges me

I run

My feet pound against the earth

Trees fly past me

When I see a rock or stump?

I jump

Nothing will stop me

The cold is in my bones

The wind is in my hair, pushing me forward

The rain washes my thoughts away

All my sin and sadness

I am free
