ANGRY

I walked in the bar and took a seat.

All the old men's eyes were fixed on me like a piece of meat.

I'm little, but strong, a firecracker they say.

They better watch out, I'm angry today.

I took a seat at the bar and said, "Bartender, give me some Jack."

He gave me a bottle and a dirty glass with a crack.

I said, "Okay, it's gonna be like that."

I put the bottle to my lips as I swiped the glass off the bar with my elbow.

With a look that said, "Oh, sorry," as I let a crooked smile show.

A man at the end of the bar stood up and said, "I'll take care of you hun."

I stated, "I'm fine," I lifed my shirt so he could see my gun.

He lifted his hands as if to say, "Okay."

He sat back.

I could see in the miorror and watched my back.

I finished my bottle of Jack.
