Thoughts whether to stay indoors and be a good kid or go out to get lit on a rainy day

On a Saturday evening

And so...
It was a Saturday evening
Soft music playing
I should probably look for a vibe
Or maybe go to a club
I'm contemplating...

I get a round of applause
From the rain that pours
On top of my silicone roof coating
Damn! I think I like this painting
But is it really raining?

And so...
I thought to myself?
Has it ever been any harder to convince yourself?
Like having to choose between staying sane and losing yourself?

Maybe something like...
Having to choose between Romeo and Juliet
Or maybe Bonnie and Clyde
But all of this is for Clout
Let me just head out

We keep going out in the night time
Because we long for a fun time
May we all be safe at the same time

Melancholic Wisdom

Quite a nice poem, it really captures the feeling of wanting to go out and be social or just stay inside and have a cozy night to yourself. Nice work!
