Just Another Day When Nobody Wants Me

As if today is really any special
To me it's just another glaring obvious day when nobody wants me
To hide from the world, not having to worry about things.

To be questioned why you don't have anyone
Followed by getting questioned well why not
Makes one feel deader inside
Surrounded by what everyone else has
When your left out in the cold

No worse than elementary school
When it was forced to give them out
I walk through public, seeing it happen all around me
Hearing it all around me

The smile quickly rinses off my face
What is underneath gets put out there for all to see
Smile non existent
Eyes look dead
Unimpressed with the day

Knowing how the opposite sex looks at me
Like I'm the villain in a horror movie
Big, scary, ugly
You get the idea

Nice guys finish last
I'm so far behind everyone
They've given up on me
In every aspect of life
Nobody is waiting for me at the end of it
They've all gone home, moved on, walked away
My name has been crossed out
