I can’t be poetic anymore.

I’m so tired from nightmares and terrors and stress.

The only time I feel anything

Is if the day is devoid of everything.

Besides you.

There’s so many things I’ve said to you..

So many things you consider poetry That you bite your lip reading it

But I can’t be poetic anymore.

My obsession with your flesh, your scent.

I desire your lips,

I need your tongue in my mouth,

I almost collapse completely when you sigh “baby.”

We don’t need penetration to be penetrated.

Flashes of us intertwined are paralyzing.
