Catch a girl to get a girl, that was the game that we use to play during the 70’s to the mid 80’s.  Those where the times when everything was everything.  Block Parties, House Party’s and of course going to the playground to watch the local basketball game.  Cutting a breeze and everything was at ease.

Remember when you were a young adult and had a girlfriend or boyfriend by your side.  You thought that was the coolest thing in the world.  But the thing is it was a learning tool an instrument of life to show you where you come from and where you’re going.  But it’s up to you to stand ground from the tutelage you received throughout your growing process.  You see the Heavenly Father is everything to us, he created our being.  And he also gave us our parents, family, friends and acquaintances for partnership.  To give lessons and understanding productively.  You see the Father will place people in your life for his reason not of our season; it’s his season.  He can also place an individual in your life that maybe for a learning experience or a short period of time.  But trust me if you know the Father and what he stands for you will get a better understanding of what he is doing.  In the book of Matthew 23:9 it says. “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.”  Thank you, Jesus.  Did you get it, there is only one father who reign from above?  Yes, we have are moms and dads here on earth; he creates, he giveth and taketh away in his name Jesus.  Hallelujah

Right now, my heart is very heavy as I write this letter. People when are we going to wake up.  The Heavenly father place us here on earth to take care of one another.  And we just do the opposite and I’m including myself in the equation.  As I said before I get Stuck on Stupid at times, I’m not perfect in no ways form.As I’m writing I am just not talking about other’s, I’m talking about myself as well.  Why do you think I’m writing these Devotions, Letters, Poems and Notes?  Let me tell you it’s not me writing it’s the Holy Spirit that guide and give me help.  That is the partnership that I have with his Spirit. Because he will never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you, Jesus.

Listen we’ll say we want to be in relationship; have a best friend, network or so forth.  But in order to establish these things you first have to be in a relationship with the Father; he will direct you and guide your path.  (Adapted by Proverbs 3:6)

You know my Dad use to say to me, “Soakie, you cannot live in this world by yourself.”  We claimed to have everything in our hands and can do all things possible.  But the thing is we don’t realize we have the greatest Father in the world who loves and defend us in the name of Jesus.  He partners with us all the time, Heart, Mind and Soul.  “For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. “Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.” (John 5:21-23) “He got the whole world in his hands; he got the whole wide world in his hands.  He got whole world in his hands.” God Bless you All.  Amen, Amen and Amen.
