The Paradise That Never Was

The paradise we dreamt of

The peace we killed for

Swept In an instance

Into the far unknown distance

The flowers that never blossomed

The child that never cried

For  a wound oh his arm

For a sting on his face

For feeling the pain of

Being away from his mother

They say we succeded

In saving generations

We did succeed

But In destroying our souls

They Say they were lost

We brought them back

But at what cost

It is Humanity That we lack

In us, in you , in all of us

We have  a boon knowledge

But it is also a curse

All it needed was an apology

But What is lost is not a purse

It is a paradise

Which needed

No sacrifice

Just a Mindful

That pleaded

No war  , no peace

But the presence of Harmony

No god , no devil

But the worship of unity

No you , no me

But only us

Only me

No them

But we are doomed for the curse bloomed

The Imagination burned

In a heatless fire of hope

Now the Women Are burned

Now women are burned

In funeral Pyres

And Children are Born

Like Dyer

For whom families are torn

Some think they are higher  than others

But all are deeper into extinction

Into the wrath of the sleeper

He follows no disinction

We mourn

I mourn

You will mourn

For the paradise

That never was
