If you really love that person, you would let go of them even if it hurts you.

She looks beautiful tonight,
her sweet face is a stunning sight.
A Goddess while wearing white,
her eyes that are shining bright.

Her soft lips that are painted red,
scenarios started to play in my head.
Remembering all those words she said,
every time I lay down in my bed.

Our song started to play,
her body starts to sway.
But I can't look away,
and I don't even know what to say.

My eyes began to water,
memories of us together.
Arms wrapped around each other,
now in the arms of another.

She gave him a sweet kiss,
that's one thing I surely miss.
Her kiss that gives you bliss,
and now it's officially his.

I guess this for the best,
my heart can now finally rest.
I need to fix my own mess,
but it wouldn't hurt any less.

It's time to let her go,
even if my heart says no.
But I want her to know,
that I have loved her so.
