A toxic relationship can be addicting sometimes.

Addicted to the taste of poison,
don't ask me why for there's no reason.
I love being locked up in your prison,
tasting your lips painted with crimson.

I love the way you gaze,
as I'm pulled into a daze.
Words unable to form into a phrase,
since my mind is in a haze.

Your touch that's burning,
your scent that's addicting.
Your love keeps me from escaping,
even though I'm already hurting.

I'm your blind believer,
I'm your faithful lover.
Your kiss that makes me weaker,
Darling, I guess I'm a sucker.

You're a sadist,
I'm a masochist.
Your love I can't resist,
I know it doesn't even exist.

I live in my own fantasy,
I don't want to go back to reality.
For it's just full of cruelty,
I would just suffer miserably.

What is even worth escaping for?
I'm already shattered to the core.
And I always come back for more,
since now I'm just your whore.
