A sleep deprived rough around the edges poem. Also a fair description of myself!

When the light does fade within of you

And despair does take control.

All you need do, is just talk with me,

If it's love that is your goal.

As nothing less is worth this pain,

The years I've spent alone.

For no longer can I keep refrain,

Because You, you are my home!

Friends we were, but so much more,

Is waiting just behind this door.

It's never been locked, so walk on in,

And then as one, we can begin.

No longer can I just pretend

And say it's cool, I'm fine.

I'll never really feel at peace.

See. I'm yours. Please say you're mine x
