Enjoying Mother Nature when reality decides to intervene.

MOTHER NATURE

Fog drifts across calm water.

Reflected sunbeams grow hotter.

Upside down trees are watching me.

Dropping their Autumn leaves.

Frogs croak loud and clear.

Fish feeding, kissing ripples, underneath the pier.

Birds fly with ease across the blue sky.

Steam whistle startles; I say good-bye.

Leaving behind mother nature.

 Man’s call seems greater.
