It is always said life is nothing but just finding the answer to ‘what is really worth?’.  But is that’s it!.  Aren’t something else to discover in the lifetime. Why is it always be like running for a goal? It is so devastating. Who made these rules? Why we have to follow those, and now this regular life gradually ends up as competition .Competition of being better than each other. Completion of surviving in a pretty way than other, competition of finding ‘the one’, better than others whereas it hardly matters if he/ she is the one for you. But what happens to this never ending seeming rat race .we are all burnt or dump in the same manner. Why in death bed we often realize that the only thing worth in our life still remained undone. Is this truly the loved nurtured passed on to every generation or the sufferings. If a baby learns the names of the colours faster than others maybe he is in love with the colours but rather his future as a fast learner and later on as in intellectual fields already get decided. Why can’t we just focus on how happy the baby is? When did society become so weak that a child’s grades are the only perspective for the family to stand in there with their heads held high? Maybe then when the IQ of children became more important than their mental health. People love their children, that’s a truth like sun rises from the east and sets in the west. But is forcing their unfulfilled wishes and unplanned childhood on them is correct?!. You got your childhood or adolescence in not the way you liked or wanted but will it be alright if you do the same thing to your child. You on the other hand can let him be him or her be her, by not forcing them to be one .Famous people are our idols. We grow up to be like them, like they cherished in their fields but not to be the second or third version of them. Why can’t we be the first version of ourselves? Parents are protective for their ward, but isn’t there a difference between being protective and blocking one from any sort of experiences. This overprotectiveness gallops up the child so much that the child has a mental preparation of a better world awaits there and are eager to leave as soon as possible to live on their own terms .Maybe then its journey of finding self truly begins.
