I woke up around two in the morning. I checked my phone blinking several times first. It took a few seconds to realize I had a text from my brother who was in the other room down the hall. The text had read

“HELP”

I figured it was just a trick to get me to go down to his room so he could laugh at me. I rolled over in bed and jumped as I saw a face staring at me. Someone was in my bed with me. I felt a strong presence now in my bedroom watching as I saw a shadow form across my room.
I was frozen I could not move only watch as the person who was in my bed had gotten up and out of my bed. He grabbed something from the desk near my bed that looked like a knife. I took several deep breaths and forced myself up. I started to run to the door. The man chased after me.
I slammed the door shut and ran down the hallway. The man was coming down the fall after me. I ran into my brothers room. I called his name I saw the window was open. I looked out the window and saw him lying on the ground. I turned back and saw the man was in the room with me.
Smiling he took the knife and stabbed his hand and sucked his own blood. I jumped out the window and landed on the ground. My brother was ok just freaked out. I looked up at the man. He was now waiving. I called the police.
They came and found the man and arrested him. The police also found an envelope the man had of us asleep.
He had been watching us sleep for several days and had a date circled “May 6th” that was tomorrow’s date! Who knows what he would have done to me.
